Ruma boasts an impressive 30-year career spanning both corporate and entrepreneurial endeavors. Her journey began at The Times of India, Delhi, where she honed her skills for five years. Subsequently, she leveraged her experience to secure a leadership role as State Head in an advertising agency based in her hometown of Ranchi.
Capitalizing on her industry knowledge, Ruma embarked on a successful entrepreneurial venture in 2006. She established Multivision, an advertising and event management company, where she cultivated strong relationships with various government departments of Jharkhand, including prestigious clients like Tata Steel, ArcelorMittal, Adhunik Steel, and Schenk Process.
Since 2021, Ruma has transitioned her expertise to her current role at ASAI.
